		matter at request of the learned Government

		information with regard to serving a copy of the
		confiscation order to the petitioner.<br>Today,<br>it<br>is
		represented that they could not get information
		from the 2nd respondent to place the same before
		this Court.
		The 2nd<br>respondent is directed to appear
		before this Court on 14.02.2022 with original
		record pertaining to the confiscation of the vehicle
		bearing No.A.P.03 TK 2519, which is seized in
		connection with<br>Crime No.28 of 2020,<br>dated
		11.03.2020 of Kalakada Police Station.
