It was<br>submitted that the petitioner had offered the bank<br>to pay Rs.18,00,000/- but the bank has gone ahead<br>with the sale for only Rs.16,00,000/- and now the<br>sale is sought to be confirmed. weeks.<br>3. Having regard to the aforesaid, let the<br>petitioner<br>deposit<br>$Rs.18,00,000/-$<br>with<br>the<br>respondent – bank and file affidavit to that effect<br>showing such deposit. | |||
4. Let personal notice be effected on the<br>respondents and proof of service filed and the<br>matter be listed on 21.01.2022.<br>5. In the meantime, the respondent-bank<br>shall not confirm the sale and issue sale certificate.<br>6.
