Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate order, writ or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of

the respondents in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the land to an extent of Ac.3-41 cents in Sy.No.2313/1C of Nandyal Village and Mandal, Kurnool District on the pretext that the same is acquired by*t^a,respondents even though the draft notification issued U/s. 4 (1) of the LA . Xbt '^dated 1^435 of 1986 as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violation of Article 14, 21, and-300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the pdaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners land an extent of Ac.3-41 cents in Sy.No.2313/1C of Nandyal Village and Mandal, Kurnool District, in the interest of justice. 11-11-1983 was quashed by order dated 5-6-1987 in
