WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, above case through his counsel M/s V.V.Ravi Prasad, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for deliberately, willfully and wantonly disobeyed the orders in W.P.No.2167 of 2021, dated 01.02.2021 ;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the Hl'gh Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of M/s V.V.Ravi Prasad, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issuance of Notice to the respondent No. 2, returnable in
