Whereas the petitioner has presented this Contempt case under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, through his counsel Sri GINJUPALLI SUBBA RAO praying the High Court to punish the Contemnors/respondents herein, for their willful and intentional disobedience of the orders dated 21.04.2022 passed by the High Court in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in WP No. 1967 of 2022, in the interest of justice.
Whereas the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and the earlier order of the High Court dated 30.09.2022 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri GINJUPALLI SUBBA RAO Advocate for the petitioner and of Smt. S. Siva Kumari, Advocate for Respondent Nos.1, 3 & 4, Sri V. Ashok Ram, Advocate for Respondent No.2, made the following
ORDER:
"Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even after five months of filing the contempt case, the respondents have not complied with the order passed by this Court.
On the other hand, the learned counsel for the respondents requests time for reporting compliance.
Having regard to the submissions made by both the counsels, it is appropriate to pass a conditional order.
Accordingly, the respondents shall comply with the orders of this Court within a period of three weeks from today, i.e.14.02.2023, failing which respondent Nos.1 to 4 shall appear before this Court on the next date of hearing.
Learned counsel for the respondents specifically directed to inform of the orders of this Court to all the respondents.
