The Court made the following order: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Raghunandan Rao)

This petitioner has moved this Court for the production of his minor sons. The petitioner contended that his children had been kidnapped on 01.08.2024 by unknown persons and that the 3rd respondent was not taking up his complaint and investigating the matter.

2. Learned Government Pleader appearing in the office of the Learned Advocate General, had produced the Written Instructions, dated 12.11.2024, given by the Inspector of Police, Tirupathi Rural Police Station, Tirupathi District. In these instructions, it is stated that there are marital disputes between the petitioner and his wife and that both the children are staying along with the wife.

3. In that view of the matter, nothing further survives in this Writ Petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any shall stand closed.
