WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, above case through its counsel Sri V.V.Lakshmi Narayana, praying the High Court to punish the Respondents for wilfully disobeying the order in W.P.No.10281 of 2023 dated ll.05.2023;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing on this day and whereas the High Court upon perusing the affidavit filed herein and the orders of High Court dated 08.ll.2023, 23.01.2024 & 09.02.2024 made herein and dated ll.03.2024 made in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in C.C.No.5441 of 2023 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V.V.Lakshmi Narayana, Advocate for the Petitioner and Sri V.Ashok Ram, Advocate for Respondent Nos.1, 3 to 5 and of M/s S.Nischala Reddy, Advocate for Respondent No.2, directed issuance of Notice Before Admission to the respondent No.6, returnable in two (2) weeks, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.
