WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, above case through its counsel M/s V.V.Lakshmi Narayana, praying the High Court to punish the Respondents for wilfully disobeying the order in W.P.No.10295 of 2023 dated 11.05.2023;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing on this day and whereas the High Court upon perusing the affidavit filed herein and the order of High Court dated 08.11.2023 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of M/s V.V.Lakshmi Narayana, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Sri V.Ashok Ram, Advocate for Respondent Nos. 1, 3 to 5 and of M/s S.Nischala Reddy, Advocate for the Respondent No.2, Court made the following

ORDER:

"On 23.01.2024 despite there is a direction by this Court that if the orders passed by this Court on 11.05.2023 are not complied by the next date of hearing, the 2^nd respondent-Principal Secretary, Department of Finance and Planning

shall appear before this Court, neither the orders are complied nor the 2^nd respondent is appeared today.

In view of the same, issue notice in Form-1 to the respondent No.2. Post on 11.03.2024."

WHEREAS your attendance is necessary to answer the charge under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act viz; for wilfuly disobeying the orders of this Hon'ble Court passed in WP No.10295 of 2023 dated 11.05.2023.

Therefore, you, viz;

are hereby required to appear in person before the High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Amaravati (Nelapadu) on 11.03.2024 at 10.30 A.M and show cause as to why you shall not be punished or other appropriate order be not passed against you for contempt of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, at Amaravati.

You shall attend the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati at Nelapadu, in person on 11.03.2024 at 10.30 A.M and shall continue to attend the High Court on all days thereafter to which date the case against you stands adjourned, and until final orders are passed on the charge against you.
