WHEREAS the said case coming On for hearing On this day and whereas the High Court upon perusing the affidavit filed herein and the Order of High Court dated 08.ll.2023, 09.02.2024 made herein and dated ll.03.2024 made in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in C.C.No.5446 of 2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/s V.V.Lakshmi Narayana, Advocate for the petitioner and of sri v.Ashok Ram, Advocate for Respondent Nos. 1, 3 to 5 and of M/s S.Nischala Reddy, Advocate for the Respondent No.2, directed issuance of Notice Before Admission to the respondent No.6, returnable in two (2) weeks, to show cause aS tO Why in the Circumstances Stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.
