ORDER :
This Contempt Case is filed for willful violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.10289 of 2023, dated 11.05.2023, wherein this Court passed the following order:-
"In view of the common order passed by this Court and after hearing the submissions of learned counsel on both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release total amount of Rs.7,14,63,755/- to the petitioner within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner-firm to agitate its claim for interest, if any, payable by the respondents, in an appropriate forum. There shall be no order as to costs."

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms. P.Namratha Choudary, learned counsel, representing Mr. V.V.Lakshmi Narayana, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.10289 of 2023, dated 11.05.2023 has been complied with by the respondents. Therefore, prays to close the contempt case.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
