When the matter was listed on 01.05.2024, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. As such, this Court directed the matter to be listed on 08.05.2024.

Even today i.e on 09.05.2024, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that, the petitioners have no interest in prosecuting the writ petition.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous application, pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
