		I have heard<br>learned counsel for the
		petitioner,<br>Mr.Karemulla Shaik, through video
		conference.<br>Learned<br>Additional<br>Public
		Prosecutor Ms. Prasanna Laxmi, represented
		for R1/State. A perusal of records which prima
		facie<br>shows that transaction between petitioner
		and R2/Chit Fund Company said to be taken
		placed at Nellore and<br>the<br>petitioner also said to
		be issued cheque at Nellore,<br>whereas, R2/Chit
		Fund Company filed complaint before Judicial
		First Class Magistrate Court at Srikakulam, on
		the ground that they presented cheque with
		their Banker, at Srikakulam. For the reasons
		stated in the affidavit of the petitioner, all
		further proceedings including the appearance
		of petitioner in C.C<br>No. 226 of 2021<br>on the file
		of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Srikakulam,
		are hereby stayed till 20.11.2023.
		Learned<br>counsel<br>for<br>the<br>petitioner<br>is
		permitted to take out personal notice to the
		respondent No.2 through RPAD and file proof
		of service before the Registry within a period of
		three (3) weeks.
