Respondents

WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri N SIVA REDDY presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the Provisional Assessment Order issued by the 3rd Respondent bearing Lr.No.DYEE/O/ANP/ MATS/F.No. MP/ D.No. 1926, Dated 29-08-2023 as illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the Respondents to drop all further proceedings against the Service Connection of the Petitioner bearing S.C.No.1441210206000724, situated in Balabhadrapuram Village, Biccavole Mandal, East Godavari District in this regard.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri N SIVA REDDY Advocate for the Petitioner and of Sri METTA CHANDRA SEKHAR RAO, Standing Counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted. You viz:
