Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the $3<sup>rd</sup>$ respondent in threatening to take coersive steps against the petitioner for eviction from his land admeasuring Ac 3.58.5 cents in Sy No 132,133,134 situated at Anupalli revenue village, ramachandrapuram Mandal Chittoor District now Tirupati District by cutting mango and teak wood trees under the influence of the respondents 4 and 5 in highhanded manner without following any due process of law as illegal, arbitrary, highhanded, violation of principals of natural justice and cannot be justified in the eye of law consequently direct the 3rd respondent not to take any coercive steps to evict the petitioner from his land in Sy 132,133,134 of Anupalli No Revenue Village, RamachandrampuramMandal Chittoor District now Tirupati District in the interest of justice

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 3<sup>rd</sup> respondent not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner for evection from his land in Sy.No.132, 133, 134 of Anupalli Revenue Village, Ramachandrampuram Mandal, Chittoor District now Tirupati District, pending disposal of WP 29539 of 2022, on the file of the High Court.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SRI CH SRINIVAS Advocate for the Petitioner, and of GP FOR REVENUE Advocate for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3, the Court made the following. ORDER:
"Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) is permitted to take out personal notice to Respondent Nos.4 and 5 by RPAD and file proof of service into the Registry.
Post after four(4) weeks for filing counter.
In view of the documents filed along with this Writ Petition, the respondents are directed not to dispossess the petitioner and not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner over the subject land, without following due process of law pending further orders."
