HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GANNAMANENI RAMAKRISHNA PRASAD WRIT PETITION No.25059 OF 2023

ORAL ORDER:

Heard Sri G. Arun Showri, Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri Y.B. Ramesh, Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-IV.

  1. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner submits that this Writ Petition can be disposed of by giving direction to consider the Representation by way of an Appeal of the Writ Petitioner dated 20.06.2023.

  2. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition with a direction to the Respondents to dispose of the Representation by way of an Appeal submitted by the Writ Petitioner on 20.06.2023, within a period of four weeks from today, by passing a Speaking Order and conveying the same to the Writ Petitioner forthwith. Petitioner is directed to submit a copy of this Order along with photocopy of the Representation by way of an appeal dated 20.06.2023 to Respondent No.1 within one week from today.

  3. It is clarified that if the Authorities would affect promotions in the meantime, the same shall be subject to the outcome in the Representation submitted by the Writ Petitioner by way an Appeal dated 20.06.2023.

  4. Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observation and direction. No order as to costs.

  5. Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand closed in terms of this order.
