THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CONTEMPT CASE No.3455 of 2022
ORDER:
This contempt case is filed against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the orders dated 28.02.2022 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in W.P.No.23571 of 2021.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 28.02.2022 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in W.P.No.23571 of 2021 and hence, no cause survives for further adjudication in the contempt case.
In view of the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
