WHEREAS the Petitioners above named through their Advocate B PARAMESEWARA RAO presented this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, being aggrieved by the auction dated 04.11.2024, in E.P. NO. 17/2023 in O.S. No. 104/2014 on the file of XI ADDITIONAL DISTRICT JUDGE AT TENALI
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri B PARAMESEWARA RAO Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this CIVIL REVISION PETITION should not be admitted.
