The instant Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal 1973 has been filed by the Petitioner/Accused, seeking quashment of the proceedings in C.C.No.1092 of 2021 on the file of III Additional Metropolitan Magistrate cum III Additional Junior Civil Judge Court, Vijayawada, Krishna District for the offences punishable under Sections 420 Procedure and 506 of IPC.

Heard Sri D.Balakrishnaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor and Sri Devalaraju Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent No.2 are in attendance.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this petition may be disposed of dispensing the presence of the petitioner/Accused before the Trial Court.
Considering the submissions made, the Criminal petition is disposed of. 4. However, the presence of the petitioner/Accused before the Trial Court is dispensed with unless their presence is specifically directed by the Trial Court.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
