WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented this Contempt Case under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, through his counsel Sri V.V.PRABHAKARA RAO, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for their non-implementation of the order in W.P.No.1903 of 2022 dated 23.03.2022;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V.V.Prabhakara Rao, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issuance of Notice to the respondents returnable in four (4) weeks, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted, the Court made the following;

"Heard the counsel for the petitioner."

The grievance of the petitioner is that the order in W.P.No.1903 of 2022 dated 23.03.2022 is not complied with so far and the petitioner is not appointed as Multi Purpose Health Assistant (Male). The said action of the respondents is deliberate and wanton by violating the orders of this Hon'ble court dated 23.03.2022.

In view of the above said contentions of the counsel for the petitioner, issue notice to the respondents returnable in four weeks.

Office is directed to issue notice returnable in four weeks.
