When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri S. Bala Mohan Ranga, learned counsel for the petitioners, would submit that he restricted the prayer to dispense with the presence of the petitioners before the Trial Court.

2. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.

3. In that view, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the presence of the petitioners before the Trial Court is dispensed with unless their presence is specifically ordered by the Court.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
