Heard Mr. C. Sunil Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, and Mr. S.M. Subhani, learned standing counsel for Anti-Corruption Bureau appearing for respondent No.5.

Having gone through the affidavit filed by respondent No.5 – Director General, Anti-Corruption Bureau, Andhra Pradesh, we are not satisfied with the explanation offered as to why charge sheet has not yet been filed in the case in which enquiry has been initiated in the year 2014 and F.I.R. has been registered in the year 2018.

Let the respondent No.5- Director General, Anti-Corruption Bureau, Andhra Pradesh, remain present before this Court along with the entire case file/case diary on 04.03.2022.

Post this case on 04.03.2022.
