The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and memo of grounds filed herein upon pursue of the court order dt.8/12/2021 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri C. Sunil Kumar Reddy, Advocate for the Appellants, and GP for School Education for Respondent Nos 1 to 4 and of Sri S.M. Subhani, Standing Counsel for Respondent No.5, the Court made the following

ORDER:

Mr. C. Sunil Kumar Reddy, learned counsel, appears for the appellants.

Mr. S.M. Subhani, learned standing counsel for Anti Corruption Bureau, appears for respondent No.5.

It is unfortunate that despite there being a specific direction by this Court vide order dated 08.12.2021 to the effect that the Director General of the Anti-Corruption Bureau, Andhra Pradesh, shall file an affidavit, he has not filed his personal affidavit and on his behalf, the Inspector of Police has filed an affidavit.

Let the affidavit of the Director General of the Anti Corruption Bureau be filed within two weeks.

Post this case immediately after two weeks.
