After hearing the learned counsel for the appellant for some time, we direct that the Director General of the Anti-Corruption Bureau, Andhra Pradesh be added as a partyrespondent in this writ appeal and he shall file an affidavit explaining as to what steps have been taken pursuant to the letter addressed to him by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, A.C.B., Prakasam District on 30.12.2017.

Registry shall make necessary incorporation in the cause title.
