HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE BATTU DEVANAND
CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3688 OF 2012 ORDER:
There is no representation for the petitioner.

As per the direction of this Court, dated 29.07.2022, the learned Principal District Judge, Chittoor has submitted a report dated 03.08.2022 along with the letter of learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Madanapalle. In the said report, it is stated that the Execution Petition No.50 of 2011 in Original Suit No.15 of 2003 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Madanapalli was closed on 07.02.2019. The said report is placed on record.

In view of the above factual position, in the considered opinion of this Court, no further adjudication is required in the Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
