WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, above case through his counsel Mr. M.Lakshmi Narayana, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for their wilful violation and deliberate disobedience to the orders in I.A.No. 1 of 2022 in W.P.No.8857 of 2022, dated 08.04.2022;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and the order of High Court dated 12.09.2022 & 07.12.2022 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. M.Lakshmi Narayana, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Smt. S.Siva Kumari, Advocate for Respondent No.1 and of Sri. V.Ashok Ram, Advocate for Respondent No.2, made the following ORDER:

"Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the respondents took time for reporting compliance, but so far they did not comply with the orders of this Court.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents would submit that recently budget was released and the respondents will comply with the orders of this Court within a period of three weeks.

In view of the above, the respondents are directed to comply with the orders of this Court within a period of three weeks from today, failing which respondent Nos.1 to 6 shall appear before this Court on the next date of hearing.

Learned counsel for the respondents are directed to inform of the same to the respondents.

List the matter on 28.02.2023."
