WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of courts Act 1971, above case through his counsel Sri. M.LAKSHMI NARAYANA, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for their wilful violation and deliberate disobedience of the order in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in W.P.No.12165 of 2022, dated 20.06.2022;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri M.LAKSHMI NARAYANA, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issuance of Notice to the respondent Nos. 1,2 & 5, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.
