WHEREAS the Petitioners have presented under Section 10 to 12 of the Contempt of courts Act 1971, above case through their counsel Mr. M. Lakshmi Narayana, praying the High Court to punish the Respondents for their wilful violation and deliberate disobedience to the orders in IA.No.1 of 2022 in W.P.No.8853 of 2022 dated 08.04.2022;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing on this day and whereas the High Court upon perusing the affidavit filed herein and the order of High Court dated 12.09.2022 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. M.Lakshmi Narayana, Advocate for the Petitioner and SMT. S.SIVA KUMARI, Advocate for the Respondent No.1 and Sri. V.Ashok Ram, Advocate for Respondent No.2, Court made the following ORDER:

"Mrs. S.Siva Kumari, learned counsel for the respondents, represented that she did not receive any instructions from respondent Nos. 5 and 6 so far to file vakalat on their behalf in this contempt case.

In view of the above, there is no representation on behalf of respondent Nos.5 & 6 either in person or through counsel.

Therefore, issue Form-1 notices to respondent Nos.5 & 6.

List the matter on 05.01.2023."

Therefore, you, viz;

are hereby required to appear in person before the High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Amaravati (Nelapadu) on 05.01.2023 at 10.30 A.M and show cause as to why you shall not be punished or other appropriate order be not passed against you for contempt of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, at Amaravati.

You shall attend the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati at Nelapadu, in person on 05.01.2023 at 10.30 A.M and shall continue to attend the High Court on all days thereafter to which date the case against you stands adjourned, and until final orders are passed on the charge against you.
