WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented, under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, the above case through her Counsel Sri V.S.K. Rama Rao, praying the High Court to punish the respondent herein for the willful, deliberate and wanton violation of the orders dt : 09-11-2020 and dt.09-12-2020 of this Hon'ble Court made in I.A.No. 1 of 2020 in W.P.No. 18897/2020.

WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing, and whereas the High Court upon considering the earlier orders of the High Court dt. 10.12.2021 and 20-01-2022 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V.S.K. Rama Rao, Advocate for petitioner and of Sri M.V. Krishna Rao, Standing Counsel for respondent, made the following

ORDER:-

"Sri Mannam Venkata Krishna Rao, learned counsel for the 1st respondent submits that he has filed an application seeking exemption from appearance for today vide U.S.R.No.8633 dated 18.02.2022, a copy of which has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Sri V.S.K. Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the copy of the application seeking exemption has been received by him.

Let the application vide U.S.R.No.8633 dated 18.02.2022, be placed on record.

On the joint request made by the learned counsel for the parties, list in the next week. The attendance of the respondent for today is exempted.

List on 24.02.2022 along with the record of the W.P.No.18897 of 2020.

As there was direction on the last occasion i.e on 20.01.2022 for attendance of the respondent, he shall be present on the next date."
