Rama Rao, learned counsel for the<br>4.<br>petitioner submits that the said amount has been<br>received by the petitioner in the bank account.<br>5.<br>In the counter affidavit already filed, the<br>submitted<br>that<br>respondent<br>had<br>due<br>to<br>misunderstanding of the interim order, the mistake<br>occurred and also referred unconditional apology.<br>Considering the aforesaid, this matter need not<br>6.<br>be proceeded any further and same accordingly<br>dropped. | |
