In the meanwhile, the petitioners shall pay 25% of the auction notice mentioned amounts within eight (8) weeks from today and balance 75% within four (4) months thereafter in two installments. On failure of the petitioners to pay 25% as stated supra, the respondent bank will be at liberty to proceed further in the matter. List the matter after three weeks for counter.
