WHEREAS the petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, the above case through her counsel SRI KILARU NITHIN KRISHNA, praying the High Court to punish the respondents herein, for not implementing the orders dt. 20.08.2020 passed by the High Court in IA No. 2 of 2020 in WP No. 10282 / 2021, in the interest of justice.
WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing, and whereas the High Court, and earlier order of High Court dt. 03-12-2021 made herein and upon perusing the affidavit and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Kilaru Nithin Krishna, Advocate for petitioner and of Sri P. Subash, Advocate representing respondents, made the following
ORDER:-
"Issue Form-I notice to the respondents.
Post on 16.03.2022."

You shall attend the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Nelapadu, Amaravati in person on 16-03-2022 at 10.30 A.M and shall continue to attend the High Court on all days thereafter to which date the case against you stands adjourned, and until final orders are passed on the charge against you.
