ORDER:-

This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus declaring the inaction of respondents in considering the application of the petitioner for survey of the land and to fix the boundaries as illegal and arbitrary and consequently sought direction to the respondents to conduct survey of land and fix the boundaries according to law.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Sri M. Manohar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3.

The grievance of the writ petitioner is only relating to inaction on the part of the respondents in conducting survey of his land and in fixing the boundaries as per the application submitted by him to that effect. It is not disputed before this Court that an application, dated 17.02.2021, was filed by the petitioner with a request to survey the land and fix the boundaries. However, there is no proper response to his request.

Therefore, in the said facts and circumstances of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to conduct survey of the land as per the request made by the petitioner in his application and fix the boundaries according to law within three weeks from the date of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
