Whereas the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri P NARAHARI BABU, presented this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to aggrieved by the order and decretal order dated 25.11.2021 passed in I.A. No.231 of 2020 in IA.No.586 of 2018 in O.S.No. 49 of 2015 (Typographical error IA No.231/2020 not mentioned in certified copy of order) on the file of the II Additional Judge, Hindupur.

And Whereas the High Court upon perusing the Criminal Revision petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P NARAHARI BABU, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondent herein to show cause as to why this CIVIL REVISION PETITION should not be admitted.

You viz:

are be and hereby directed to show cause either appearing in person or through an advocate, as to why in the circumstances set out in the petition and the grounds filed therewith (copy enclosed) this CIVIL REVISION PETITION should not be admitted on or before 22.12.2021, on which date the case stand posted for hearing.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings in O.S.No. 49 of 2015 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Hindupur, pending disposal of CRP No. 1327 of 2021, on the file of the High Court.

The Court made the following: ORDER:

"Notice before admission.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to take out personal notice to the respondent by registered post with acknowledgment due and file proof of service by the next date of hearing.

Post on 22.12.2021.

In the meanwhile, there shall be an interim stay of all further proceedings in O.S.No.49 of 2015 in the Court of the learned II Additional District Judge, Hindupur, for a period of four (4) weeks."
