WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under Section 10 to 12 of the through his counsel courts 1971, above case Contempt of Act Sri Bokka Satyanarayana, praying the High Court to punish the respondents for Contempt of Court Act for willful violation of orders of this Hon'ble Court made in W.P.No. 21436 of 2021, dated 05-10-2021 passed by this Hon'ble Court.

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Bokka Satyanarayana, Advocate for the petitioner, directed issuance of notice before admission to respondents to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.

Therefore, you namely;
