Sri L. V. S. Nagaraju, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the Government vide Memo dated 28.12.2023 has permitted the petitioner to fill up the vacant aided teaching posts by way of direct recruitment following G.O.Ms.No.1 dated 01.01.1994 and relevant statutes.

Sri L. V. S. Nagaraju, learned counsel for the respondents would submit that in view of the aforesaid permission granted on 28.12.2023, the respondents have complied with the directions of this Court.

In the circumstances, the present Contempt Case is closed.

As ^a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed
