Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering my promotion and to direct the respondents to consider my promotion and to promote me to the next higher cadre i.e., Senior Inspector, A.P. Cooperation department from the date when my batch mates - juniors had been promoted who are shown in the list of promotion panel which is annexured as P3 with all consequential benefits.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent to consider the Memorandum issued by the Addl. Registrar on behalf of the 1^st respondent to the 2^nd respondent vide File No. AGC06-29035/87/2018-SERVICES-CCRCS dated 28.09.2021 for sanction of periodical increments in the interest of Justice pending disposal of the writ petition.
