		In view of the submission that the petitioner

		installments and in view of the submission that the
		petitioner would seek to pay ¼ of the decretal
		amount within the next three weeks, the order of
		the Executing Court dated 21.08.2023 in O.E.P.No.7
		of 2023 in O.S.No.91 of 2013 shall remain stayed
		subject to the condition of the petitioner depositing
		a sum of Rs.2,50,000/-<br>by 08.12.2023, failing which
		the present order shall stand automatically vacated
		and the respondents 2 and 3 shall be free to enforce
		the order dated 21.08.2023.
