ORDER:-

This Contempt Case is filed to punish the respondents under provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for not implementing the orders of this Court dated 06.05.2022 passed in W.P.Nos.17746 and 27638 of 2014.

2. This Court vide common order dated 06.05.2022 has disposed of W.P.No.17746 of 2014 as partly allowed and dismissed W.P.No.22368 of 2014. The operative portion of the said order, reas as under:

"In view of the above said circumstances, this Court feels that it is just and proper to award 50% of back wages, while directing the respondents/APSRTC to reinstate the the petitioner into service with continuity of service back wages and attendant benefits. The same shall be settled within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly the Award dated 01.07.2013 passed by the S*'' respondent in Industrial Dispute No. 140 of 2006 is hereby modified."

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri S.M.Subhan, learned counsel for the petitioner appeared and submitted that the respondents have complied with the Order of 3. this Court dated 06.05.2022 passed in W.P.Nos.17746 and 27638 of 2014.

4. Sri M.Solomon Raju, learned counsel for the respondents is present.

5. Recording the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, no cause survives in this matter for further adjudication and hence the Contempt Case is closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

As ^a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any,
