| "In view of the above said circumstances, this<br>Court feels that it is just and proper to award 50% of<br>back wages, while directing the respondents/APSRTC to<br>reinstate the<br>petitioner into service with continuity of<br>service back wages and attendant benefits.<br>The same<br>shall be settled within a period of four (04) weeks from<br>the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly,<br>5th<br>the<br>Award<br>dated<br>01.07.2013<br>passed<br>by<br>the<br>respondent in Industrial Dispute No.140 of 2006 is<br>hereby modified."<br>Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned<br>counsel for the respondent(s) seeks time for filing counters. In<br>view of the same, this Court directs the respondent authorities to<br>comply with the Court's order and file compliance report by the<br>next date of hearing. | |||
