ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents furnished written instructions dated 21.06.2024, wherein, it is stated that the orders of this Court are complied with by paying the total amount as claimed by the petitioner.

3. On the other hand, even though ample opportunity was given to the learned counsel for the petitioner for getting instructions regarding compliance of the orders of this Court, as reported by the respondents, the learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to get instructions from the petitioner.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents and on perusal of the written instructions dated 21.06.2024, it appears that the orders of this Court are complied with. Therefore, the cause in the present contempt case does not survive for further adjudication.

5. Accordingly, the present contempt case is closed. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
