Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction, particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent No. 4 in mutating the name of the respondent No.5 in the revenue records and I-B Register in respect of Ac.4.00 cts (Ac.1.10 cts in Sy.No.884/6, Ac.0.57 cts in Sy.No.885/5, Ac.1.12 cts in Sy.No.885/4, Ac.0.35 cts in Sy.No.883/3, Ac.0.11 cts in Sy.No.885/4, Ac.0.75 cts in Sy.No.869), Thenepalle (V), Puthalapatu (M), Chittoor Dt., directing not to issue PPB and TD, as violative of Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and A.P. Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent No.4 not to issue Pattadar Passbooks and Title Deeds in favour of Respondent No.5 for Ac.4.00 cts (Ac.1.10 cts in Sy.No.884/6, Ac.0.57 cts in Sy.No.885/5, Ac.1.12 cts in Sy.No.885/4, Ac.0.35 cts in Sy.No.883/3, Ac.0.11 cts in Sy.No.885/4, Ac.0.75 cts in Sy.No.869) of Thenepalle (V), Puthalapatu (M) of Chittoor Dt., maintaining status quo, pending disposal of WP 27845 of 2022, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 01-09-2022 and upon hearing the arguments of MRS VANGALA SAILAJA Advocate for the Petitioner, and of GP FOR REVENUE for the Respondents 1 to 4 the Court made the following.
