WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Ms. Sridevi Ganta presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 1 to 4 is not making payments to the admitted 1st work contract of the Petitioner to an amount of Rs.5,00,387/- vide work ID no.087614709003080003 with Respondents no-3, despite lapse of 5 years, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional which amounts to violation of Article 21 of the constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents I to 4 herein to immediately pay the amount of Rs.5,00,387/- to the Petitioner with an interest of 24 percent per annum.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Ms. Sridevi Ganta, Advocate for the Petitioner, GP for Panchayat Raj & Rural Development Department for the respondent Nos.1 & 4, Government Pleader for Finance & Planning Department for the respondent No.2 and of Sri G.Venkata Reddy, Standing Counsel for the respondent No.3, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.

You viz:

• 2. The Principle Secretary, state of Andhra Pradesh, for the Department of Finance.
