The present criminal petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner-accused seeking to quash the proceedings against her in C.C.No. 870 of 2013 on the file of the Court of learned III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, registered for the offence punishable under Section 138 read with Section 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No. 1-State, on instructions, would submit that the complaint filed by respondent No. 2-complainant was returned to him on 21-01-2015. 3. Recording the above submission, the criminal petition dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous applications, if IS

any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
