Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of Decree and Judgment dt.05-07-2021 passed in AS.No.25 of 2017 on the file of VI Additional District Judge: Anantapur at Gooty, pending disposal of SA No. 570 of 2021, on the file of the High Court.

There shall be interim stay of operation of the decree in A.S.No.25 of 2017 on the file of the Court of learned VI Additional District Judge, Ananthapuramu at Gooty concerned to O.S.No.4 of 2011 on the file of the Court of learned Senior Civil Judge, Gooty, until further orders, subject to the appellant depositing costs awarded by the appellat Court to the credit of the suit in the lower Court.
