CONTEMPT CASE No.3395 of 2022

ORDER:

This contempt case is filed against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the orders dated 23.12.2021 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in W.P.No.30438 of 2021.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 23.12.2021 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in W.P.No.30438 of 2021, and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed.

No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
