		Kalahasthi,<br>Chittoor<br>District.<br>The<br>learned
		Senior<br>Civil<br>Judge,<br>Kavali,<br>Nellore<br>District,
		shall transmit the case records in H.M.O.P
		No.76 of 2022 to Senior Civil Judge Court, Sri
		Kalahasthi, duly indexed, as expeditiously as
		possible, within a period of two (2) weeks from
		the date of receipt of order of this Court in the
		present petition.
		Both parties shall appear before Senior
		Civil<br>Judge<br>Court,<br>Sri<br>Kalahasthi,<br>on
		13.02.2024 at 10.30 am. No order as to costs.

		presence of the respondent/husband for each
		and<br>every<br>adjournment,<br>if<br>he<br>engages<br>a
		counsel<br>and<br>he<br>can<br>insist<br>his<br>presence
		whenever<br>it<br>is<br>required<br>or<br>at<br>the<br>time<br>of
		recording his evidence before the Court. No
		order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if
any, shall stand closed.<br>The interim stay
granted if any, shall stand vacated.
