WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri GUNDALA SIVA PRASADA presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus to declaring inaction of the lSt Respondent to 5th Respondent in conducting departmental enquiry on 7th Respondent fake caste certificate as per the petit'loner

representations without following any procedure under statutes as illegal, arbitrary, high handness and against to the principles of natural J'uStiCe and violative of Article 14,16,19 (1) (g), and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the lSt Respondent to 5th Respondent to suspend the 7th respondent from government Service as SG Teacher pending enquiry on his fake caste certificate BC-A;

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Gundala Siva Prasada, Advocate for the Petitioner and GP for Education for the Respondent Nos.1 to 5 and GP for Revenue for the Respondent No.6, directed issue of notl'ce to the Respondent No.7 herein to show cause as to why thI-S WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
