ORAL ORDER

This contempt case has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 26.12.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.13403 of 2013.

Respondent No.1 filed counter-affidavit inter alia stating that in pursuance of the directions of this Court in W.P.No.13403 of 2013, dated 26.12.2018, he passed orders and issued proceedings dated 10.04.2019 and thus, the order of this Court has been complied with.

After hearing the learned Counsel for both the parties and looking to the averments made in the counter-affidavit, this Court is of the considered opinion that the respondents complied with the orders of this Court by issuing proceedings dated 10.04.2019, therefore, there is no need to issue rule nisi against the respondents. If the petitioner is aggrieved by such proceedings, he is at liberty to take recourse of law as permissible.

With the above observation, this Contempt Case is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
