WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri J JANAKIRAMI REDDY presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the 4^th respondent in entering the name of the 5^th respondent in the 1-B (ROR) by deleting the petitioner's name as Pattadar in respect of the land in Sy.No. 105^th and 251/A admeasuringAc. 0.94 cents and Ac. 0.32 cents situated at Virupapurma village, Adoni Mandal, Kurnool District, without any notice and without following the procedure contemplated under the Statute and during the pendency of the suit O.S.No. 293/2021 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Adoni and inspite of the notice dt. 27-10-2021, as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust and contrary to the provisions of the ROR Act and consequently direct the 4th respondent to restore the name of the petitioner in respect of the above mentioned land by deleting the name of the 5th respondent, and to grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri J JANAKIRAMI REDDY Advocate for the Petitioner and GP for Revenue for Respondent Nos.1 to 4, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
