WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri P Ganga Rami Reddy presented this Revision filed under Section 397 & 401 of Cr.P.C., the High Court may be pleased to declare the bond got executed by the 2^nd respondent in M.C.No.67 of 2021 dated 5-8-2021 and the endorsement dated 9-9-2021 issued by the 2^nd respondent as illegal, contrary to the provisions of Cr.PC and consequently set aside the same.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P Ganga Rami Reddy. Advocate for the Petitioner and the Public Prosecutor for Respondent No.1, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this CRIMINAL REVISION CASE should not be admitted.
